Providing healthier menu options for your guests is becoming a necessity in the restaurant industry. Our new patented DeepGrill® cooking system allows you to expand your menu with healthier options without the capital expenditure of adding a griddle, oven or other equipment to your kitchen.

The Process

  1. 1. Place seasoned product in DeepGrill® bags; flavored sauces may also be added.
  2. 2. Place bags in 7-compartment DeepGrill® basket, and leave the tops of the bags open for venting.
  3. 3. Place basket in Fryer - shortening will be a few inches below the tops of the bags.
  4. 4. Cook for the appropriate time.
  5. 5. Lift basket out of fryer; you may immediately remove the bags.
  6. 6. Remove food from bags using the tear-away feature on the bags.
  7. 7. Serve.
